Shipping Policy

We will ship your order within 3-5 days after the confirmation.
Delivery to Europe and all around the world by Tracking & Registered parcel.
Your packaging will be made delicately and well protected.
The delivery takes 5 to 7 working days in Europe (3-5 working days in France domestic) , and 7 to 14 working days outside of Europe. (This is an average delivery time, however, it depends on the area and the customs locale Check of the destination) *Customer are responsible for the request of customs and import taxes that may apply by their country.For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Packaging

We are doing our best and making every effort to ensure all the piece is in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , please contact us within : 7 days of delivery, and ship items back with all its original packaging and guarantee card within: 14 days of delivery. Please note that postage is paid by the customer. (The returned postage will only be refunded unless the item is faulty. If in this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.) *personalized items can't be neither returned or refund.

Items should be returned in their original packaging along with the guarantee card of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition (new, unused and with original packaging),Tour à Tour | Art Bijoux has the right to refuse the Return & Refund. We suggests sending the return item by registered and traceable mail, and please provide us with a tracking number to follow the return shipment if needed. Please be mindful that we do not have the responsibility of damage, theft or loss during delivery. The customer is responsible for any loss in value.
